Rennco Model 201PP With Bucket Infeed - Running Cabinet Hardware

Rennco Model 201PP (Low Profile) Bagger with a short pocketed infeed conveyor is set up for packaging plastic hardware items in centerfolded roll stock polyethylene. The Model 201PP packager, featuring a horizontal seal bar below the vertical seal, facilitates ease in running multiple loose items. This design is particularly ideal for kit packaging in sizes up to 8" x 10". The items are fed to the packager via an infeed chute that can be hand loaded or automatically fed from an upstream system. Additionally, optional bucket infeed conveyors are available for automated loading.

The Model 201PP handles package sizes ranging from 2" x 2" to 8" x 10" and operates at speeds of up to 35 packages per minute, depending on the product. It requires 0.12 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI for air and has an electric requirement of 120 Volt, 1 Phase, 60 Hz, 15 amps. Optional features include a static eliminator, film registration eye, pin perforator assembly, and trim break detection eye.
