Cup Counter / Loader CCL
The Rennco Model CCL (cup counter / cup loader) will accept paper, thermoformed, and selected injection molded and foam cups. The Cup Counter / Cup Loader accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source. Cups are counted utilizing fiber optic sensors and are then transferred to a Rennco packager via conveyor. Incorrect stack counts are automatically removed from the system for quality assurance.
If you are looking for a quick and efficient way to count and load cups, the CCL is the perfect solution. The Model CCL can be a stand alone unit to just count and strip stacks of cups or interfaced with a Rennco vertical L bar sealer for a complete counting/bagging solution for your thermoformed cup packaging line.
