Plate Infeed System

For manufacturers of paper, thermoformed and foam plates, Rennco offers infeed systems to count, accumulate, transfer and package their products. Plate counts range from retail packages of 25 count to bulk packages of 250. The majority of these plate systems are automated and integrated with the manufacturing line.

Depending on if retail or bulk packages are required; different infeed systems are available. With the retail system a single seal arrangement or dual arrangement is available depending on upstream speeds. Offering precision, this infeed system can complete all of your product requirements for styrofoam plate packaging.
