Lid Packaging System
The Rennco Pocket Conveyor Infeed System accepts both thermoformed and injection molded lids. Stacks of these lids are place into conveyor pockets, either automatically or manually. The stacks are transported to the vertical L bar sealer using a servo driven conveyor. A servo driven pusher then gently places the stack of lids into the sealer.
The Pocket Conveyor Infeed System for lid packaging uses a completely automated integration from the trim press by means of a trim press interface unit. If you are looking for a superior lid packaging system with features that ensure product quality, the Pocket Conveyor Infeed System is the perfect solution. If complete automation is not required, however, a simple hand load infeed conveyor system can be utilized for cost savings of the bagging operation.
