Model 201 & Pocket Conveyor Infeed System - Medical Tube Packaging Application

The Model 201 sealer benefits customers with its small footprint, only 2.5' x 2.5', and its dependable packaging efficiency. Our updated Model 201, which has a slightly larger footprint of 3' x 3.5', features a constantly heated, coated seal bar assembly for odorless sealing. This allows us to seal polyethylene and polyolefin films without needing to change parts. Because the film travels vertically through the packager, we can easily package odd sizes and shapes in shrink-wrap or poly bags - products like broccoli, footballs, dog bones, etc. The Model 201 also includes an air requirement of .12 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and an electric requirement of 120 Volt - 1 Phase - 60 Hz - 15 amps. It accommodates package sizes ranging from 2"" x 2"" to 8"" x 10"" and achieves speeds of up to 35 packages per minute. Additional features include an Easy Open Perforator, Film Registration, 1/4"" Hole Punch, and a spare parts kit. For lightweight products, there's a bag release mechanism. The Model 201 also interfaces with the pocket infeed conveyor that is compatible with Model 301 or Model 501.
