Rennco 201 L Bar Sealer Wrapping Bath Bombs/Soap Balls
The Rennco Model 201 packager can be interfaced with a shrink tunnel to package bath bombs and/or soap balls. Offering poly bagging and bag sealing equipment for the bath bomb industry, packaging products is fast, easy, and of high quality. The Rennco Model 201 Packager, which features a constantly heated, coated seal bar assembly for smokeless and odorless sealing, is hand loaded with individual bath bombs. This model seals polyethylene and polyolefin films without changing parts and has a small footprint of 3' x 3.5'.
With vertical film travel suitable for odd sizes and shapes, the Model 201 requires 0.12 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI and operates on 120 Volt - 1 Phase - 60 Hz - 15 amps. It accommodates package sizes ranging from 2"" x 2"" to 8"" x 10"" and can process up to 35 packages per minute. Additional features include an Easy Open Perforator, Horizontal Discharge Conveyor, and Film Registration. Optional features such as a 1/4"" Hole Punch, Jaw Guards, Pick & Place Removal System, and Pin Perforator Assembly are available.
Suitable for miscellanous bagging applications, the Model 201 can be upgraded or converted with new technology.
