Rennco Model 301 with ID Technology Labeler - For Mail Order Applications
Rennco Model 301 packager being hand-loaded with clothing items for mail order fulfillment. The packager is integrated with an ID Technology Print &; Apply Labeler so that the shipping label is produced and applied to the package, making it ready to be shipped to the end user. Single or multiple items can be loaded, and the package size is "right-sized" on the fly, minimizing the amount of material used and thus cutting shipping costs. The system features a constantly heated, coated seal bar sealing assembly for smokeless, odorless sealing, effectively sealing polyethylene and polyolefin films without needing change parts.
The Model 301 offers substantial film savings on cylindrical and longer-than-wide products. It includes a user-friendly HMI screen for easy product changeover. The air requirement stands at 0.16 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI, while the electric requirement is 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 8-14 amps. The package size ranges from 2" x 2" to 18" x 24", and the system can handle speeds of up to 35 packages per minute. Available options include an Easy Open Perforator, Header Sealer HS-10 and HS-14, various discharge conveyors, and a static eliminator.
