EZ20 Vertical BaggerNEW

The EZ20 is Rennco’s entry-level vertical bagging machine, purpose-built for operations transitioning away from hand-packing or pre-made bag systems. All-electric and plug-and-play ready, it delivers the durability and bagging performance Rennco is known for in a compact, space-efficient footprint with no air supply required.

The EZ20 uses centerfolded polyethylene or polyolefin film to form custom-sized bags on demand, eliminating pre-made bag contracts and reducing material costs significantly versus bag-on-a-roll systems. Individual or multiple items can be loaded per cycle, depending on application requirements.

Throughput reaches up to 25 packages per minute. Four infeed options provide flexibility across a wide range of product types and production environments. Compatible with optional printers, labelers and discharge conveyors for a complete automated vertical bagging system.
