Model TPI - Trim Press Interfacing System For Cups
The Model TPI (Trim Press Interface) connects to upstream equipment to transport thermoformed cups from multiple rows into a single output for transport to a packaging system. Our Trim Press Interfacing System (TPI) efficiently handles both thermoformed cups and lids, making it versatile for various applications. Systems like this are ideal for the food service disposables industry. A complete packaging interfacing system includes any or all of the following modules: tooling exit, pre-staging, transfer, loading, conveying/counting, and packaging. This system accommodates a product size range from 2 3/4" to 4 1/2" for lids and cups, and offers tier options of 1, 2, or 3 for cups and 1 or 2 for lids. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with the Rennco packager, providing a complete automated system. Our automated vertical bagging solutions are well-suited for the Food Service Disposable market. For the Laundry Industry, we offer packaging equipment tailored for bulk bagging of bar wipes, shop towels, and ISO gowns.
