Model 501 Packager With Cup Counter / Cup Loader Running Paper Cups

The Rennco Model 501 packager is integrated with our CCL (Cup Counter/Loader) infeed to count and transfer stacks of cups into polyethylene material where a sealed bag is placed around the stack. Single or multiple stacks can be placed into the bag depending on customer requirements, including many in the food service disposables industry. The Model 501 vertical L bar sealer is capable of handling package sizes ranging from 2” x 2” to 24” x 65”. It operates at speeds of up to 30 packages per minute, depending on the product, and requires .43 to .60 CFM per machine cycle at 80 PSI. The electric requirement is 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, with a current draw of 7.5-9 amps.

We offer various footprint options: Model 501-36 (74" x 78"), Model 501-52 (74" x 82"), and Model 501-65 (74" x 99"). Key features include a trim wind up for scrap removal, light screen cycling mechanism, and perimeter interlocked guarding. Optional features such as a trim break detection eye, hole punch, and pin perforator assembly are also available. This system is suitable for packaging cylindrical products and longer items like stacks of cups, curtain rods, and bolts of cloth.
