Model 301 Pouch Pack Vertical Bagging System Packaging Tubes of Frosting

Multiple tubes of frosting are loaded into the infeed area of the Model 301PP packager. Once the correct amount of tubes have been loaded, the film advances and the package is produced around the products using centerfolded mail order film, helping to reduce pre-made bag stock. The package is then ready for transport to the end user. With this Model 301PP bagging system, the seal jaw is inverted versus our standard Model 301, allowing for ease in bagging multiple items per package. Additionally, the Model 301 Sealer saves film on cylindrical and elongated products, and our vertical L Bar Sealers feature odorless and smokeless sealing. Our equipment, including the semi-automatic vertical bagging machines, is highly effective for various industries, such as the food service disposable market and the laundry industry for bulk bagging items. The Rennco packaging machinery can also be upgraded or converted with new technology, ensuring adaptability. Furthermore, our heat sealing machinery is specifically designed for the medical device industry, providing reliable and secure packaging. The Cup Counter/Cup Loader (CCL) ensures quality by removing incorrect stack counts, and our plate infeed system packages paper, thermoformed, and foam plates in different configurations.
