Weigh Bagging Packaging System

The Rennco Weigh Bagging system incorporates the standard Handload Towel Bagging System with a weigh scale where linens are bagged by weight versus by count. This system is ideal for bagging hospital fitted sheets, ISO gowns, washcloths, bar wipes, micro-fibers and more.

The operator loads the weigh bin scale area with singles or batches of linens (the level of inspection is customer dependent). Once target weight is achieved, the operator simply presses the cycle switch to drop the batch onto an infeed conveyor. The batch then moves up the incline conveyor and is automatically bagged using the wide-mouth bagger, where it is sealed and discharged for transport.
