VerticL-PP Dual Laundry Bagging System

See our Model VerticL-PP Dual linen bagging system in operation. Items are counted as they are tossed into the load chute and once the correct count has been reached, the bag is produced around the batch of items.

The packaging system displayed here is our Model Vertical PP Dual Bagging System, specifically designed to meet the needs of the commercial laundry and healthcare industry. This system accepts linens from either an overhead sling or a cart, which then advance to the load station.

The infeed hopper is customizable in multiple lengths and widths to accommodate different load methods and space constraints. Linens move up the belt of the infeed hopper via a switch controlled by the operators to advance the conveyor.

Operators inspect the items and then toss them into the load chute, which is equipped with light curtains to count the products. The correct amount is based on the recipe selected on the operator panel. Once the count is reached, the gates close to produce a bag while the operator continues to load products.

The material with linen items advances and is tapped underneath the seal area to allow the items to settle in the bag before the final seal is made. After the bag is produced, it advances up the conveyor to a customer tote, ready for transport to the end user.
