Heat Sealing Solutions for Medical Devices

Rennco has been a trusted partner to the sterile processing industry, delivering dependable packaging solutions through our signature Lift Seal machine.
Our Lift Seal comes in two sizes: the 18LS seals pouches up to 18" wide, and the 24LS up to 24" wide. Both sealers are easy to maintain, quick and simple to operate, and digitally controlled to ensure accurate sealing temperatures. Compatible packaging materials include flat or gusseted paper/plastic, TYVEK™, Autopack™, and dust cover pouch materials.
To operate the 18 LS or 24 LS Lift Seal heat sealer, place the bag edge in the seal area and lift the safety bar to create a ½-inch seal. A built-in safety feature prevents sealing if an object over 1/8" thick is detected.
