Medical Device Lift Seal

Rennco provides bagging and sealing machines to the medical goods industry. Rennco offers both medical device heat sealers, as well as bagging machines.

The medical device lift seal heat sealing equipment consists of the 18 LS lift seal heat sealer and the 24 LS lift seal heat sealer. Both sealers operate in the same manner and are digitally controlled units to ensure accurate sealing temperatures.

The Lift Seal sealers by Rennco, are easy to maintain as well as quick and simple to operate. They require a short warm-up time after which, the temperature can be adjusted for paper/poly, Tyvek ™or Sterad™ materials.

To operate the 18 LS lift seal heat sealer or 24 LS lift seal heat sealer, you place the edge of the medical device bag in the seal area, lift the safety bar, and the lift seal automatically makes a ½-inch seal. Both units have a feature to ensure that the sealers will not cycle if an object exceeding 1/8" thick is in the sealing area, providing safe operation.

The Model 18LS can seal pouches up to 18" wide while the Model 24LS can seal pouches up to 24" wide.
