Vertical Dual Laundry Bagger System VerticL-PP Dual

The VerticL-PP Dual system is a system meaning that two operator load stations and two sealing systems are on one common frame to increase output from the bagging operation.

The Laundry Bagger System VerticL-PP includes a touch screen for recipe selection for package specifications, a light screen auto cycle which allows for automatic machine cycle, a trimless package with no material scrap, and a bag tapper to assist distribution of products in package. The process of the VerticL-PP takes place when towels or shop rags advance toward the operator station. Towels are tossed into the pouched area, and the machine cycles and produces the bag. Finished packages exit on a conveyor to the customer specified height.

It should be noted that all Rennco laundry and towel bagger systems use generic center-folded rolls of poly film which are readily available at significant savings, compared to pre-made bags. Our standard system has bag sizes from 12"x24" to 27"x24" which can be changed on the touch screen in seconds, without having to change the roll. Therefore only one supply item is ever needed. Some operators can do 5500 towels per hour, per side, however we claim 4200 towels per hour, per side, can be done all day long.
