All Rennco Vertical Packagers are equipped with our constantly heated, coated seal bar sealing assembly for smokeless, odorless sealing. (watch 301 Pouch Pack batch counting demonstration video) This unique sealing system seals polyethylene and polyolefin films without change parts allowing customers the flexibility to use both films. With over 30 years of experience and development dedicated to this sealing system, Rennco is the industry leader in coated seal bar technology.

Each packager creates a bag around the product using polyethylene, polyolefin, or PVC centerfolded roll stock. Because the film travels vertically through the packager, we can easily package odd sizes and shapes in shrink-wrap or in poly bags - products like broccoli, footballs, dog bones, etc.

The Model 301 Packager benefits customers with substantial film savings on cylindrical products and products that are longer than they are wide - products like stacks of cups, register covers, door openers, etc.
