Trim Press Interfacing System TPI

Rennco's newest innovation for the disposables industry is trim press interfacing (Model Cup TPI - See Video) (Model Lid TPI - See Video). Through extensive research, development and field production, we offer manufacturing line interfacing capability for a variety of thermoformed cups and lids. A complete packaging interfacing system includes any or all of the following modules: tooling exit, pre-staging, transfer, loading, conveying / counting and packaging. Our ongoing OEM relationship will satisfy major interfacing issues so that our customers can experience a smooth, trouble free installation. There are several options available and interface units designed to handle a wide range of unique product configurations and tool die designs.
