Rennco Announces New Packager Model

Homer, MI; Rennco manufacturer of vertical bagging systems is proud to announce its introduction of the Model Vertic-L-PP vertical form fill seal packager.
The Model Vertic-L-PP is a "pouch" type bagger that provides a reliable, versatile cost effective alternative to roll stock systems or pre-made bag operations.
The packager is configured with an 18" x 24" seal system that utilizes 25" pre-perforated centerfolded packaging material to create a bag around the products. The Vertic-L-PP has a specially designed vertical film roll holding arrangement to allow ease of changing roll stock material. The most recent Vertic-L-PP model was configured for a bulk bag of laundry items. The package was produced so that the trim was left on the package thus eliminating a trim re-wind system. A special delivery hopper and sorting table were manufactured to allow operators to sort the items prior to loading into the web of material. Automatic machine cycling is controlled by a light curtain mechanism.
A user friendly touch screen interface panel allows for product count to be displayed along with recipe settings.
