The Rennco Model CCL (cup counter/loader) will accept paper, thermoformed, and selected injection molded and foam cups. The CCL accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source. Cups are counted utilizing fiber optic sensors and are then transferred to a Rennco Packager via conveyor.
The Rennco Model SPS accepts thermoformed and injection molded lids. Stacks of lids are placed into conveyor pockets, either automatically or manually. The stacks are transported to the packager using a servo driven conveyor. A servo driven pusher then gently places the stack of lids into a sealer.
